If you are testing through Escreen and have been sent an e-pass electronically, you do not have to have a paper copy of the test order. We can scan the barcode off your phone or you can simply write down the confirmation number that starts with an “AI”. Please note the expiration time and date on the e-pass. If it has expired, we cannot perform the test and you will have to request another current e-pass from the employer.
We do not report escreen results, we only collect the urine, therefore there is no need to call us for results. We have no access to them nor do we know when or if they reported. Only the employer has that information.
